I am trying to make a healthy instant (no-cook) protein pudding. Currently I am using a whey protein, canola oil, and water. I've got the consistency right, but I am trying to get more quantity out of the batches (atleast 20-30% more). Is there a dry filler ingredient that I can add that won't touch the taste too much? I was thinking along the lines of oat fiber or modified cornstarch (instant clearjel), but i'd like to try and keep the carbs lower if i can. Thanks for the help.
