Need help with Jjamppong recipe. (Spicy Korean-Chinese Seafood Noodle Soup)

    A client has asked me to make Jjamppong.  I've researched it on the internet, but was hoping someone could point me to a tested recipe. Some recipes I've seen call for red pepper flakes, while others insist on the red pepper paste.

    I will go for paste. It's call gochujang. I use this all the time, actually I use both flacks too.
