So my husband is a sous chef and is in desperate need of a few, high quality coats.  Well, really he needs an apron, cap, and pants too, but my main concern is getting him a nice coat first.  Right now he has a basic chefworks coat which is working just fine, but the vented and 100% cotton ones are a lot nicer from what I understand.  He really likes his burgundy coat, and I think he prefers having the colored coat to set him apart from the rest of the kitchen.  Right now I've been looking at culinary classics, but I figured it'd be best to get some opinions first before dropping $70 per jacket.  Is culinary classics good quality?  Are there any other sites I should be checking out as well?  My goal is to get this to him for Valentines Day.

They do, but they're obnoxiously green and he was told since he is sous chef he could wear a different color to set him apart from the rest of the kitchen.
