    Morning all,

I need advice on where or how to post for business opportunities.
We are looking for a chef....but want to offer the restaurant at our resort as a business venture.

Can someone give me some hints on the best places to look and post for this?

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Tammy

Tammy, You would probably want to post this in " The Inside Scoop" Forum.

Welcome to Chef Talk, Tammy! We have several members from your part of the world. Those of us in cold climates envy your array of fresh seafood and produce.

    Thanks for the friendly welcome!

I'm open to any and all resumes at this point.

Yes....fresh fruits and veggies abound here. I've only noticed a few hurdles where food is concerned. One being keeping produce fresh with our climate.....and two being the availability of certain items that you may be used to using...i.e. seasonings.

But then that is half the fun.....getting creative! If you know where to look....most anything can be found or imported.

I'll post the website of the resort and you all can take a look for yourself. I hope no one minds and I'm not breaking any rules....LOL Now that Ithink of it....I didn't read those rules very well at the front door.

The theme is a "Rain Forest" restaurant.....with lots of plants and water features....as well as some outdoor seating.

Breakfast and lunch will be typical fare but we want something really nice for the evening meal. Bring out all the stops so to speak....candles and all.

Boy!.....I can taste the food now!.....LOL
    I better close for now.....

Thanks again for letting me post. :)

I've attached a picture of the view at sunrise......it's awesome!
