    Greetings -

I have spent lots of online time trying to find covered earthenware/stoneware crocks, in the 1 to 3 quart range, to store my duck confit.  Seems all I can locate are crocks with no lids, or 'handmade' covered crocks that are very pricey and take weeks to get, or very expensive, 'huge' covered fermentation crocks for sauerkraut or kimchi.  If anyone has a source they would share, or equally helpful, recommendations for functional replacements, I would really appreciate it.  Thanks in advance.

Might I ask why you specify earthenware? Would you be OK with a compatible porcelain coated cast iron vessel?
