Need a advice : Menu development / creation

    Hi guys,

    Im new to the forum!  First, a little background information about myself.  I current own and operate an asian restaurant in CA.  So I do have some experience. 

    Im looking to do a new business venture in Asia and I need help with the menu/recipe.  Im a huge fan of BluJam in LA. (

    Im trying to do something similar to that menu wise.  If you are an expert in brunch style cafe food & sandwiches and can help me, please let me know.  Im willing to pay for your expertise.  I do prefer to work with someone who's local to me in Orange County, CA.
