If you are in the area, stop by at Noah's in Stonington Village, Ct. This place is not fancy, nor pretentious. The food is made by somebody that knows food, enjoys what he/she does and wants to share! They have a host of sandwiches and the like on their lunch menu... right next to a Terine of the day, Brat of the day, homemade fettucini (the best I EVER had) and more. They boast that everything is homemade except the vanilla ice cream. The bread they bake is fantastic. Well worth the trip to this little town. Also, check out "Go Fish" in nearby Mystic. A little toursity, but great food in a fun atmosphere!

    Cape,

Had I remembered, I most certainly would have dropped him a line. I see, now, that he is in the next town over from where we were. I could kick myself!!
Ohhh well... Now we will have an excuse to head back up there... "ChefTalk Convention 2001". :)
