my own little bakeshop

Hi, my name is Bella, and I'm 18 years old.  I'm being really brave this summer and investing my entire life's savings in opening up a specialty bakery/cafe.  I feel like a complete amatuer, and would love help and suggestions in any form (  I would love to read posts by someone in the business already--it'd be nice to know how insane I am for believing I can do this.  But isn't that what cooking's about?  --If one has passion for the art, one can do anything.  And by passion I mean an insane love for raw ingredients, and the feeling that nothing can make you happier than a blend of complimentary ingredients that when complete, is so much more than the components
