    Yes , I have reached the age that ,I now am planning my own restaurant

    I am officially retired as a professional Chef for the next year, to work on my final destination.

    I have learned so much over the years from great master chefs ..it's my time now ..and have been execs for  too many....

    I wish I could post like you two Leeniak & FoodPump ...to tell all where you work .....If my owners ever found out I was posting on the net Re: stuff on the job....... they'ed have me axed.....
