I was wondering if anyone out there can help?.... I want to add pumpkin skin and seeds plus orange peel and juice into my mutton stock for Christmas day, would this work or would it ruin my stock?

Mutton stock? Can you ruin it? Sorry just joking, being in Minnesota in the US just the thought of it is bad.

Yes, it sounds awful.  I think it just needs onions, garlic, celery and carrots.  Maybe a couple of bay leaves and an old tomato if you have it.  Pumpkin skins and orange peels are for the compost dear.

Orange zest goes wonderful in a cream sauce for chicken, but I would simply do a test sample first if you're intent on seeing what it does to lamb stock, same with the pumpkin.  Sorrel, dill, tomatoe, bay, leek, onion, shallots, carrot, garlic, cellery (or [ground] seed), mushroom, red wine, etc, etc, can't go wrong there.  It's probably a little late now, but maybe mint next time if you want something with festive significance.
