    HI,

I am just trying to get an idea as to where i should look for an internship ( and  hopefully land a job thereafter ) - either nyc or Miami, i am currently going to school at le cordon bleu in miami.  I have trailed and done an apprenticeship in NYC so I know what the scene is like in NYC, the amount of patisserie's and bakeries are, and more importantly the amazing quality of products out there. I have tried looking out for bakeries in Miami but i seem to have no luck with it, I am originally from India so i really would like to work here for a few years before just deciding to go back.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance.

You might check out the resorts in the area. Hotels, too. They usually have large baking staffs and might be open to an internship. You never know, so keep looking and good luck.
