First time here..jus thought id say mornin. im a student at le cordon bleu paris ottawa. been cookin for 6 years now mainly fine dining. its cold up here. later

started cooking because there are only so many tuna noodle casseroles and cheeseburger pies a 14 y/o kid can take. worked at a four star restaurant in Nw Indiana for almost two years and one of the chef's there was a grad from lcb paris and i was very impressed with her knowledge etc. i like comfort food and thai.
