mole sauce

    mole recipes can be either very complicated or very simple...my recipe is not only complicated, but very time consuming...anyone out there got a simple one?...thanks..

    Unfortunately, Joey, all the simple ones I've tried seem to lack the body and depth of flavor of the true gelt.

    So, yeah, when I make mole it's complicated and time consuming. That seems to be the trade off. It's like my printer used to say: you can have it good, or you can have it fast, but you can't have it good and fast.

    somehow i knew you'd say just that! i just don't have all the different dried peppers needed, and tuscon is 90 miles away....otre vez i guess...seems i'm on some kind of southwest tear lately...could it be spring in the southwest? thanks, migo
