Mixed Croissant dough?

Hi there to all chef's,

I hope that you can help me to identify the type of croissant dough that is on this pics.
It's not a brioche dough neither puff pastry.
I'm struggling with this for a while, and i hope you can help me to identify it.

looks like a croissant dough to me, maybe a little egg heavy in the formula.

Laminated brioche has an entirely different look, much denser crumb structure.

Puff pastry wouldn't be anywhere near that yellow, seeing as there is generally no egg in the puff pastry dough.
