Aloha Krystle, Welcome to Chef Talk.  You may have noticed that it's not just Professionals here, but Food Enthusiasts such as myself.  Check out the Galleries, unbelievable stuff! The Articles and Reviews are of note as well, it's not just about the forums.  If you have any questions, PM a Mod for help, and please, come back often, I look forward to hearing about your classroom experiences.

Thank and I definitely will! I must tell you, I have already completed 3 of 4 semester of my culinary program and WOW has it been amazing. I was able to get the experience of working hands on in an on-site restaurant and it was challenging, but fun. But coming as far as I have I realized that I enjoy cooking more than ever, but baking is where my heart lies. But definitely any stories you like me to tell I would be more than glad to!

P.S. I also had a chance to meet Chuck Hughes from "Chuck's Day Off and Leah Miller from E.T.

Thank you. After school  I would love to continuing working in a restaurant and get the chance to somehow open doors into the pastry world. Don't get me wrong I enjoy the Culinary program but along the way I have come to learn that pastry is where I'd love to be.
