This restaurant was amazing!

Blue corn dusted calamari with red pepper sauce and herb tartar sauce. Tender and tasty.

Pan seared Chilean Sea bass with poblano chile and sweet onion relish. Perfection.

And the dessert sampler was out of this world. Everything on the dessert menu except the cookies. Key Lime envelopes, passionfruit ice cream on crispy wafer, molten chocolate cake, just to name a few.

You have to check this one out. 15th and Fifth in Manhattan.

I have to agree, I ate well at both of his places a few years ago. He's a pretty cool guy, too. He did an event in Chicago a while back.
