    I am the owner of a Pizzeria and Pasta Restaurant and I'll like to expand the Pasta Menu. I want to hire a chef do to this for me. The question is How much should I expect to be charged for this type of service? Thanks in advance

    Depends are you looking for a chef to simply write a menu and give you recipes looking for him to come in and teach your staff how. Or looking to hire him full time to run the pasta station as an employee? Pricing depends on if he's just giving you the ideas and knowledge or if he's working there full time.
