    I have not eaten 6 of the 57 meats listed:

    squirrel, camel, emu, kangaroo, ostrich and gator  (LOVE frogs legs!)

    I've had gator, otherwise our list is the same.

    No sea urchin?  No octopus?  No bull penis pho?

    Pheasant, squab, goose?

    Camel and Emu are the only 2 that I haven't tried but I certainly would.

    they left off horse, capibarra (sp), guinea pig, armadillo, opposum, racoon, bear, moose, tern, a ton of birds and fish

    grass hoppers and ants!

    gotta figure them out... last I saw was 'hoppers over a live fire to singe off the stringy bits and small legs... got dragged off and never did see the finish.
