There are lot of different types.
With coconut milk or without. Dry or wet, Mild or hot.
check out rasamalaysia.com or www.asiancook.eu (the latter is very good for Indonesian recipes, but theMalaysian and Indonesian kitchens got quite a bit of similarities)
for the chicken curry,marinate first the chicken,chop ginger,garlic,lemon grass and curry powder, rest it over night after that u need a deep frying pan and also oil,and fry it in a 2 minutes,remember your temperature on your oil is hot,and then get another saute pan and make a curry sauce and veggies after that put the fried rare chicken,that my own idea,i hope u like it,,thank you and godbless
