I'm planning to make 4 aluminum foil pans of lasagna to freeze . I wasn't planning on baking it ahead. (the sauce & noodles will be). If I cover the top with plastic wrap and then foil, will it be ok in the freezer for 3-4 weeks? Is there a concern about the sauce on the bottom of the pan and it's reaction to the aluminum foil pan ?
