    My grammy taught me to pour the wet or sponge into a well in the flour on a board and blend then knead. Knead for 10 to 15 min. Great theropy, even better than vacuming! :p

    Mix it with a wooden spoon, then turn onto a lightly floured board and knead. You will have to knead a long time, until the dough gets smooth and soft and elastic, as they say, like a baby's bottom.
