Do you make your own hot sauce?

If yes, would you share the recipe?

Being a fermented food, I think I'll try this recipe out.

That's how I make it but with less garlic and very little sugar. I prefer a blender since it crushes the mash finer and quicker. I also put vinegar to taste when cooking it down. Mine is a hybrid of siracha and Tabasco.

I've been meaning to give this a go for some time now. Last couples of years I've pickled extra peppers in vinegar and salt or just frozen.
