Magyfluier help please :)

    I recently bought a magyfluier casting system,
    I'm following the instructions , but the chocolate keeps sticking , any tips would be greatly appreciated

    your chocolate is not tempered enough, the molds are too warm, not oiled before you use them? Are you letting the chocolate set up on the molds long enough?? I use them all the time, pm me with questions if you like. I put mine in ice water bath, mostly ice though. Pull them out as needed, give them a quick wipe and dip. Mostly I think the chocolate sticks because the molds are not cold enough.
