Love Soy, Veggies & less Meat

    Hi everyone I'm Nina, & i'm new here.
    If you are like me, you prefer soy over cows milk. To the best of my knowledge Australian suppliers have not provided such product!
    "Soy-Buttermilk" (I make my own )
    I have low lactose tolerance so I swap for soy

    Soy Butter Milk

    tools :
    1 measuring jug 1 measuring table spoon !
    Ingredients:
    2 tbl spoons plain white vinegar (I find lemon juice tends to curdle or split the soy )
    1 cup of your preferred plain soy milk .
    Method :
    Pour the vinegar in the measuring jug then pour in the soy milk till it reaches 1 Cup , stir till mixed then leave for 5 mins.
    Then ready to use !

    Did you consider making your own soy or nut  milks?  Or water keifer?  Can you eat yogurt?  Sorry for all the questions. /img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif
