I considering attending school.(I'm a little late in the game at 33.Don't want to waste more time going in the wrong direction) I'm just not sure whether I should study to become chef or pastry chef.
I've already worked in a bakery for 6+ years. I'd like to own my own business.

I'm torn and would appreciate any helpful feedback.

If you've already been baking and want to own your own business, maybe you should take business classes?

Stick with pastry chef they are more in demand . Also consider a community college. Plus you will get a degree AAS
