Looking for Advice on gas charbroilers

    Hi all....

    I am looking to buy a new gas charbroiler for my burger restaurant and not sure whether to go for a infrared grill or something else. I know there are many types out there like infrared, lava rock, radiant, and what have you. But not sure of the type that would give me juicy and moist burgers with a smoky flavor. One thing i know for sure is that i am not interested in griddle types.

    An advice on type and brand name would be highly appreciated.

    Scobla,

         I posted a similar question without much response also.  I am going to talk to local chefs and see what their likes and dislikes are.  It would help if you knew what to ask, look for, etc.
