Hello there. If been a chef for 2 years now. I have started looking at new knifes for. Seeing that my current knifes had become the kitchens knifes. I started to look at victorinox and wusthof. Haven't made up my mind yet. Hoping you guys can help me find the better knife. Was also looking into knife holders and bags haven't found a place that sells knife bags. Any advice on a mandolin. One more thing I was also wondering if anyone can advise me to sharpen a knife properly.
