As the title states I am looking for a book that gives an overview of Caribbean cuisine. Do not want to focus on one specific area. I know this maybe difficult.

i have a very dog eared book from elisabeth lambert ortiz,"Caribbean Cookery". which include recipes from all over the caribbean...trinidad-tobago, jamaica, cuba, haiti, the lesser antilles, martinique, guadaloupe as well as the virgin islands...it is my go to book....no pictures, recipes are all very short and simple, so i don't know if it is 'comphrensive' enough for you, but it works just fine for me. aside from recipes it covers techniques of caribbean cooking as well....my copy is from 1973...i'm sure there is an updated version by now
