Been referencing from this site for awhile. Just started my third run as Exec Chef, from the beginning in a brand new kitchen this time. Got the food service rolling out nice and just rolled past 8 weeks open. My kryptonite is paperwork. So any threads that could be recommended for that side would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.
