I would like to make clear cellophane wrapped, wedding cake sugar cookies like the ones you can purchase online or in some stores for a late summer wedding. With so much to do I would like to make them as soon as I could, still assuring a fresh taste. What is the secret to the ones you can purchase in the stores and online, with a 3 month shelf life? Would someone please email me a recipe for this type of cookie and the proper icing recipe to use?
