    Seabirds Kitchen is a plant based restaurant located at The Lab in Costa Mesa. We specialize in modern vegan cuisine using whole foods and sourcing as local and organic as we can. We're seeking awesome people to join our team and grow with us. We are looking for those with the following qualities:

    Passionate about healthy/vegan/vegetarian cuisine
    1-2 years experience (3-5 years for Kitchen Manager)
    Quick learner who is also reliable, flexible, and hard working
    Organized, can follow directions/recipes, and can excel with little supervision 
    Can work at least 3 days a week
