Can you freeze it?
I checked a couple books and they only said to refrigerate for two, maybe three weeks. But I googled for "freeze lemon curd" and got one search result at the epicurious discussion board claiming it can be frozen. No further detail was given.
It freezes very well. I've frozen it many times.

I have frozen extra lemon curd too.
