I put together a Lebanese menu for guests last evening. Dolmades, Fattoush, Kibbeh, and sauteed Snapper with Rice Pilaf and a Tahini sauce.  I made a Lebanese version of Baklava for dessert.

I even made my own pita bread......

I had to sub romaine leaves for grape in the Dolmades.  Enjoy the pics

Well done ChefRoss ! Thank you  for sharing those terrific pictures . Everything you made looks like it was made with great care. I never had snapper with tahini sauce , it is something I would like to try.

The fattoush and kibbeh dishes must have tasted great as well. Congrats to Mama Habib for the pita collaboration. I am a huge fan of baklava and dolmades (my sister is a Cypriot).

The menu done in both languages was a special touch. /img/vbsmilies/smilies/thumb.gif

    Chef Ross,

Wow. Your Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Meze and dishes look extraordinarily delicious. Next to my own cuisine Italian, I am a great fan of Greek, Lebanese, Turkish, Sirian, Egyptian, Tunisian and Moroccan cuisines ... Lovely photos may I add.

    Kind regards.

    Margaux Cintrano.

    Looks good.

I've never done raw kibbeh. I'd need a lot of confidence in the chef or have to do it myself I think.

Nice looking Pita.  :)  I always get a big thrill watching it puff in the oven.
