That's brilliant! Instead of having to wrestle the proper portion out of the pan just make them already portioned. But the wonton skins... skeptical but I'll take your experience and word for this.

LOL.

When It's cooked you can't tell any difference in the won-ton wrappers from sheet pasta. Single skins however are rather thin. I'v never had any complaints, sometimes I use two(2).

Have you watched my "Ravioli" video? ... I use them for raviolis too. It's beautiful again except for the thinness ... but lots of my customers actually like it that way. I'm sure as sure not going to argue.

** That's the Lasagna that I won a "Challenge" with a number of months ago.

Congrats Iceman, but you'll never convince me that there's no difference between wonton skins and pasta. Especially since I make my own.
