Any websites around for large baking recipes?  I need some new squares/bars recipes for work.  Something that will fill 1-3 commercial sized sheet pans.

I don't have any specific website suggestions, but....I do make bars at work every week in a half sheet pan and am always trying new recipes.  I have been doing this for over a year and so far only had trouble scaling up one recipe that was originally meant for a 9 x 13.  Otherwise, everything else I have done has worked fine when doubled or tripled.  It should work fine for the full sheet pans as well.

If you have any particular style of bar you are looking for, let me know as I have a few favorites (s'mores bars and chocolate peanut butter squares being among my most popular).

See if you can find an old book called The Bakers Manual by Joe Amendola or Baking by William Sultan  Both were teachers way back when and before chemicals. Volume recipes galore.

Do you use formulas? Once a recipe is in formula you can convert your own formulas or favorites up or down to suit your needs.

@Jellly - I would be interested in your s'mores bars if you don't mind sharing.  I am always looking for some new tasty treats to try!

    Thanks,
