I am an undergraduate at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Industrial Product Design. I am on a research to identify user needs to design a 3-piece kitchen utensils kit. I will be appreciated if you answer my questions here:

You can also post here, if you want to share about your cooking experiences.

Good luck on your project.  I wish more designers would ask the people who actually USE the tools they design what it is they would like.

this is the kind of peeler i like which i mentioned in the survey

One important quality for me for any tool is to be able to put it in a dishwasher.

By the way, i went to Istanbul a few years ago and was very much taken by the people.  Everyone was so nice and i never had to stand up in a bus! someone would always give me a seat.  But i was in the worst traffic jam i've ever been in, 5 hours from Sultanamet to Sabiha Gokcen! Seriously, we took a shuttle and it went one inch at a time.

Thank you so much! Your comments are worthy.

(Unfortunately, I suffer the traffic jam everyday, it takes 1,5-2 hours to get home from campus. However, I got used to this situation as the time passed by:) I hope one day this problem will be solved.)
