    Hi Chefs,
    What is your pen of choice for food labels/orders etc? I've been using a fine tip sharpie but it dries out very quickly!

    Thicker sharpie. (Medium tip or thicker)

    dip the fine tip sharpie in some rubbing alcohol or vodka etc. If no alcohol, try water.
