    Chefs, Food & Beverage can you guys assist me kindly to prepare a list of modern efficient equipment's or suggest a reputable website for hotel / Restaurant equipments . These are the following factors to consider.

    1.Time

    2.labor cost

    3.Electric / Water

    4.Safety

    5.Quality

    Departments

    Pantry

    Butcher Room

    Range

    Pastry

    Breakfast / Lunch

    Hotel is almost fifty years old we would like to resurrect the food and beverage department. To be honest things have been looking great with three years hard work starting to bear fruits....base on our results we finally get some money to go shopping!!
