    Hi all.....I am just getting started in a candy manufacturing enterprise in California. We have no cottage food industry law here so getting professionally rated kitchen space is expensive for start ups. I am considering having a trailer built or modifying a trailer into a licensed kitchen. I'm not interested in using it for point of sale, simply to make product in. Do any of you have any experience doing something like this?
