    Hello guys,

    How to get a nice Thick & flavorish sauce with my fajita WITHOUT using any of the premade powder & sauces you can find at supermarkets.. I run a high-end Latin restaurant and I don't want that for my customers.. And any tips to have a nice Sizzling and Fuming plate when I serve it to my clients ?
