I graduated from culinary school about two months ago and now I'm working in a place I absolutely love. However, I'm not sure which direction I should go in my career within the company I work for. I was told by my instructors that my strength is in creating menu item and that the creative aspect of the industry is where I really shine. I can remember all the rules, history, science of cooking down to very fine details. I can also execute the techniques of cooking very well. However, My weakness seems to be in speed and organization. So, I can develop dishes, and cook them well, but I just can't seem to do in in a quick and orderly manner. Where should I go in my career based on these strengths and weaknesses?
