I am making a Turkey for thanksgiving, and am using a kosher turkey, which means it has been salted already. I'm assuming I can't brine it in that case or else it will come out too salty. I also can't massage it with butter because I don't mix dairy with meat or poultry (religious reasons). I don't like using margarine because it's so unhealthy. SO, after all of those restrictions, what can I use to make a delicious and JUICY turkey? Thank you!
