Ah, the challenges have been alot of fun since they started back in April this year. Join in, submit your mushroom dish this month, we've still got a few more days left.

I've got a house-full next week so nothing is happening for Nov.
I grew up with a French mother who loved to cook and always put us to work in the kitchen so most things I do these days seems to have a French influence but I'd say that my favorite things to cook are whatever is local and in season.
We have a huge garden in the backyard and are lucky to have friends in the area with hobby-farms (we live in Minnesota) so we get all of our protein locally as well as the vast majority of our veggies.
