anyone going to the baking and pastry one in july at the NC campus?
J & W was founded on and always been known for baking not overall cooking. Their baking cirriculem has always been good.Use to be school in Chicago called the Baking Institute that was the best.
There is a really good French Pastry in NY and Chicago, costs a lot. Any goos pastry program will get you started. Cheers! Chef Hans
