whats beter for infusing favor into oil heat or cold?
OK I pressed the heat button, but really, it depends on what you are infusing.
I would gently heat oil and rosemary for a flavoured oil but I would never heat basil.
It depands on the nature of your ingredient.
In general, heating gives a faster infusion but they don't last as long.
what if itsa mixtur of diferent ingredients that are siting in the oil
