Indv corn pudding

    I'm struggling to find a way to do a corn pudding that can be made to order. I tried to do one big hotel pan and scoop and cut as needed, but the trying to hold them for the night no way, dry and flat is no way to end the night, so I'm thinking individual ramekins are the way to go, but how to make it in an 8-10min interval, pre-make batter pour into buttered dish, into convection oven? But what about leavening agent and time. Any thoughts I will be grateful.
