I've been chef for 7 years at the same place and manager/chef for 2 more years, at a small town country club restaurant. I'm running out of ideas for lunch specials. I want to keep them at $8.99 or less. When I first started working here our lunches were our main business, There was a change in owners about 3 years ago and they practically ran it in the ground. Which in the mean time I did not work for them. I took over after they left and our lunches have not been what they were. I really need ideas to get my people back in. thank you for any idea.
