Hi, my name is timothy gray and i am a 17yo culinary student in Australia, i have 5 months left of my course and i am not sure what to do. I want to be the best chef i can be, i am prepared for not having a social life and long hours. Should i start my apprenticeship now, or should i get a few part time jobs in different restaurants to increase my experience in different areas. Money is not my motivation but being a great apprentice is. I need advice of someone who has experience.
