Image thumbnail broken

One of the thumbnail images shows up  broken. However when you click on the image the full image displays fine.

Browser: Chrome
OS: Windows 7

Hm, I'm not seeing a broken thumbnail in Chrome or Safari.  It's possible the thumbnail didn't render properly but what happens if you hard refresh the page (Control+F5 on a PC)?

If you're still seeing it, let me know which file it is specifically and I'll dig in further.  Thanks!

 Ctrl+F5 worked. Good call I should of thought of that.
