I'm a Vegan Chef...

I've been struggling alot lately with cooking professionally.

I know I am a good Chef. I taste and try everything I make, even though outside of work I've been Vegan/plant based for over a year. I was hoping to find someone here who is having the same dilemma.

So I'm asking you why you feel that being a Vegan Chef is a dilemna?

Obviously you eat plant based food but you cook food other than Vegan for others.

You taste the food before it goes out, so you know how it should taste and be seasoned correctly.

What are you asking then? Are you uncomfortable cooking as a Chef while in your personal life you are Vegan. So what?

I am an omnivore, but predominately plant based minimally processed food eater. If someone wants a chicken, bacon, mac & cheese, I can crank a great one with no problem. My primary job is to feed my family, which I do by feeding the public what they want. I strive to educate and enlighten the public while doing it, but without being overt about it. :~) Cook on.
